[小壺熱泡] Hot steeping
For tea leaves resembling tightly curled balls (eg. oolong tea), loosely cover the bottom of the pot/cup with one layer of tea leaves.
For tea leaves resembling dried loose leaves (eg. black tea, grean tea), cover the bottom of the pot/cup with roughly two layers of tea leaves.
水溫 Water temperature: A.95-100℃ / B.85-95℃
First steeping is most aromatic, roughly 60 sec.
For Second to Fourth steeping is most flavorful, roughly 40-50 sec.
For Fifth to Sixth steeping. increase time by 30 sec for each additional steeping.
[瓶裝冷泡] Cold brew
Put tea leaves into a bottle of cool or cold drinking water, 1g of tea leaves per 100ml of water. Close bottle cap.
水溫&時間 Water temperature & Steeping time:
Let it sit in shaded area or inside fridge for 4 to 10 hours. You may then strain the tea or drink from bottle directly.
