Tea is a medium that connects people and it is tea wares that can allow people to enjoy different experiences in varying situations.

為什麼年輕人都不喝茶？我認為，「泡一壺好茶」對年輕人而言，需要非常多不同的茶具，搭配複雜的儀式、步驟，加上營造周遭氛圍以呼應茶席，像是漂流木的桌子，才是所謂「品茶」。「喝茶應該是一種可以更隨心所欲，不被時空、地點所侷限的行為。」對我而言，喝茶演變到現在，其實跟咖啡很像，是拉近人與人之間關係的介質，適合融入日常聊天、談事情的情境。

Why is it that most young people don't drink Tea? In my humble opinion, young people think making a nice pot of tea requires all kinds of utensils and complicated procedures and that true tea tasting needs a specific atmosphere. However, "Tea drinking should be a casual activity not limited by time and space." Today, tea drinking, similar to coffee drinking, has evolved to become a medium that brings people closer.

「我覺得喝茶就像在練功夫。」傳統茶人在意許多泡茶程序、茶席文化，如同功夫中的套路招式，不過，真正重要的是背後蘊藏的精神：”分享”。

"For me, drinking tea is just like practicing martial arts." The traditional tea experts are as particular about the tea-making procedures and ceremony as martial arts practitioners are about their Kung-Fu. However, the really important thing is the underlying spirit behind tea drinking "SHARING".

「重點不是外在的招式，是喝茶時的交流。」因此，我認為喝茶程序可以再簡單些，「品茶不該限制於茶具或環境，應該是隨心所欲地輕鬆泡茶。」

“The point is not the motions, but the exchange during tea drinking.” For this reason, I believe tea-drinking procedures should be simpler. "Tea tasting should not be defined by tea wares or the environment. Tea making should be a casual activity"
